Baji Online Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Baji Online ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Baji Online platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all sections of the Baji Online platform, including but not limited to the Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo, Sports Betting, and all promotional activities. They apply whether you access the platform via the website, the Android APK, or the iOS web app.

These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Baji Online. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Baji Online is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above.

Baji Online reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. Any winnings generated on an account that is found to belong to an underage player will be void.

You must be a resident using the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The platform is intended for individual use. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, or operating accounts in a commercial capacity, is not permitted under these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Baji Online. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If your details change — for example your phone number or payment method — please update them promptly.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any linked verification — private and secure. Do not share your account access with anyone, including family members or friends. Baji Online cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.

Baji Online reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted until verification is completed.

All transactions on Baji Online are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion required — your account balance, deposits, and withdrawals are all displayed and processed in rupees. Baji Online supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits credited within seconds
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet, fully integrated with fast confirmation
• Raast – Pakistan's fast payment infrastructure, bank-to-bank
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers in PKR

Deposits are credited to your Baji Online balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this typically happens within a few seconds of completing the transaction in your wallet app. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes detailed on the Deposit page. You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or if a large withdrawal is requested.

Baji Online reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is an active investigation into the account, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if verification documents have been requested but not yet provided. We will communicate the reason for any delay as quickly as possible.

Baji Online runs various bonus and promotional offers for registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the relevant promotion. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Baji Online reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, but will honour bonuses already claimed by eligible players at the time of withdrawal.

All games available on the Baji Online platform — including Live Casino tables, Slot Games, Bingo, and Sports Betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules apply to the gameplay outcome, while these Terms govern the account, payments, and conduct.

For Live Casino games, the dealer's decisions are final once a round has concluded. If a technical disruption occurs during a live game round, Baji Online will review the session and resolve the outcome fairly based on available data. A round that cannot be completed due to a platform error will be voided and any bets placed will be refunded.

For Sports Betting, odds are set at the time the bet is placed and are locked in from that point. In-play betting odds update in real time and the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply. Baji Online reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds — for example, where a pricing error results in odds that are clearly not reflective of the true probability of an outcome.

For Slot Games, all outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game studio and is displayed in the game information section. Past results have no influence on future spins.

For Bingo, room rules, card prices, jackpot structures, and payout schedules are displayed within each bingo room before you purchase cards. By buying cards and entering a room, you agree to the rules of that specific room.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Baji Online platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purposes of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or move funds obtained through illegal means. All suspicious activity is flagged and reported in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Baji Online staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform through VPNs or proxy services to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

Baji Online monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account that displays unusual patterns. During an active investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals held. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder as soon as it is resolved.

Baji Online is committed to promoting responsible gaming. This platform is intended purely as adult entertainment — it is not a source of income and should never be treated as one. We encourage every player to adopt the following habits before and during every gaming session.

Our liability in connection with any individual bet or transaction is limited to the amount of that bet or transaction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their own device, network connection, and software environment are suitable for use of the platform. Baji Online is not responsible for poor performance caused by the player's internet connection, device limitations, or third-party software.

Baji Online reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the security of the platform or other players is at risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — where a balance is legitimately owed and no fraud is involved, it will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after the investigation concludes.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures will be processed promptly, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please consider using the self-exclusion option instead, as it offers additional protections.

Baji Online may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
